Hiring an artist to paint live during your event or wedding is a beautiful way to entertain your guests and provide them with a unique keepsake to remember the day.

Before the special day, Courtney will be in touch to discuss your vision and customise an illustration package that perfectly suits your needs. You may wish to have guests illustrated before the event, placecards made for each guest, a beautiful seating plan, or even unique stationery designed for printing - all of which is possible.

On the day, the artist works live, entertaining your audience of guests whilst capturing the essence of your event. Courtney creates illustrations from photographs she takes on the spot to ensure minimal interruption to your guests and to capture as many guests as you have agreed.

Choose from the packages below as a starting point, or have an entirely bespoke experience tailored to fit your specific requirements. Bae’s versatile style encompasses gouache watercolor, pen, pencil, and marker, allowing for a wide range of artistic expressions. Bae trained in Fashion Design in New York, so her illustrations have a very distinctive attitude and style. Travel within 10 miles of London is at no extra cost, if the event is within the UK but further away may incur travel expenses. See FAQs for more information.

PACKAGES

Illustrations are done by the artist prior to your event to be used as decoration/place settings, invitations, thank you cards, seating plans, signage etc. Any guest illustrations are made from provided photographs.

You will have the artist on site for a full 7 hour day. During your event the live art will include guest illustrations made on A6 cardstock (approx 10-12 drawings per hour). Additional larger portraits can be added as well as invitations, thank you cards, seating plans, signage etc, additional fees apply.
